1. Scope of working:

Senior IT Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s entire technology backbone. This includes managing servers, networks, telecommunications, and security systems across the corporate headquarters and various real estate project sites. Your goal is to ensure 100% system uptime and high-level data security to support daily operations.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for IT infrastructure that supports the company’s expansion in the real estate market.

• Network & Server Management: Oversee the administration of local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN), VPNs, and server environments (on-premise or cloud).

• Site Connectivity: Manage the setup of IT infrastructure at new construction sites, ensuring project offices have stable internet, hardware, and communication tools.

• Security & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and maintain regular backup systems to protect sensitive financial and land development data.

• Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiate with ISPs and hardware vendors; manage the lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.

• Technical Support Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT support team to provide efficient troubleshooting for both office-based staff and onsite project teams.
