About The Role
-Installing oracle hardware product, oracle server, oracle storage, oracle tape library
-Installing and configure SAN switch, Cisco MDS, Brocade
-Setup virtualization on oracle server x86
-Setup virtualization on oracle server Sparc
-Managing oracle hardware, ALOM, ILOM such as firmware upgrades, faulty monitoring
-supporting customer as required onsite or remotely
-Working with oracle backend support to provide the support to customer.
-Creating service request related to the issues.
-Performing part replacement related product faulty
-Performing oracle hardware maintenance and reporting for customers.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of computer science / information technology.
- Understanding basic network administration
- Understanding IP, DNS, DHCP Server
- Understanding webserver, apache2, tomcat, iis
