About The Role
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in demonstrating network security solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on product information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain product documentation and technical materials.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (network engineering focus preferred)
- Support sales team in identifying customer technical requirements.
- Design and propose network/IT solutions for SMB customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOM (Bill of Materials), and solution proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and PoC.
