Role Summary

The IT Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting core business applications and ensuring basic data quality and reporting across Mango Finance and Vipar Auto. This role focuses on execution and rollout, with gradual expansion into data and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core System Development & Support

• Manage development and improvement of key systems: LOS, Sales App, GPS platform, CRM on lead and customer data, warranty management app, customer app for Mango Finance and Hanuman Auto

• Work with vendors/developers to deliver functional systems

• Ensure system stability and usability

2. Application Rollout & User Support

• Deploy systems to branches, dealers, and field teams

• Train users and ensure system adoption

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting

3. Basic System Integration

• Ensure data flow between systems

• Work with vendors for integration

• Reduce duplication across departments

4. Data Quality Management

• Ensure data completeness and accuracy

• Set data entry rules

• Reduce duplicate and missing data

5. Reporting & Dashboard Support

• Prepare reports (sales, loans, collections)

• Support simple dashboards

• Ensure data availability

6. Business Process Support

• Help digitize workflows

• Identify and suggest improvements

7. Vendor Coordination

• Work with software vendors and GPS providers

• Follow up on issues and enhancements

8. System Maintenance & Security

• Ensure uptime and reliability

• Manage user access

• Maintain data security
