1. Administrator of System, Network/Server infrastructure

• Oversee the daily operation of the IT system/network, server to ensure the functionality availability, security of IT system, data, backups, telephone communication, troubleshoot and remediate issue that arise

• Assist IT Operation Manager to Develop and manage IT policy and procedure and professional services in accordance

• Provide training and IT policy/procedure refresher to users

• Manage and maintain Exchange mail server

• Maintain and manage telephone system

• Installing and configuring systems/network, servers, router, CCTV NVR/DVR

• Provide timely and effective technical support on the day-to-day of IT Infrastructure works.

• Solve the troubleshoots and other issue related with servers and networking.

• Maintains and monitor VMware Virtualization, Storage, Physical servers, backup, network devices.

• Perform quarterly preventive Datacenter and Server room maintenance

• Manage and maintains server hardware/software and its primary functionality role such as domain controller, DHCP IP Address, DNS, Group Policy, Printer Server, File server, Mail server, Firewall server,

Internet server Database server, VPN, Security camera and WIFI/Access point.

2. Monitoring, supporting and maintain daily IT Operational

• To provide technical assistance to Helpdesk support team.

• Test and evaluate the technological devices

• Ensure security and privacy of system/networks and computer systems

• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults

• Prioritize, manage, and track open cases at all relevant departments

• Assist in evaluating and developing the necessary process to ensure the system incorporates the approved information security measure

• Sharing, supporting and helping each other is the duty of employees to perform the tasks within and cross division in order to achieve the company targets

• Other tasks assigned by management
