With the task of overseeing all IT functions of the company, the Manager needs to have expert knowledge of the industry’s best practices and stay up-to-date with advances. Their main responsibilities include:

Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and cloud-based systems. Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals. Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes

Security & Access Control: Maintain network security, Active Directory, and secure company credentials and information systems

System Reliability: Ensure the reliable operation and uptime of critical systems, including the administration of backup and disaster recovery

Technical Support: Provide IT support and troubleshooting for users in Cambodia and overseas branches, including New York, Los Angeles, and China

IT Policy: Enforce IT policies and security procedures to ensure all operations align with management directives

Team Leadership: Supervise IT team members through training, task allocation, and performance evaluations

Strategic Planning: Coordinate with top management on IT projects, system implementations, technology upgrades, and process improvements
