About The Role
-Supervise student learning, behavior, and pastoral care across international and Khmer streams.
-Mentor and support Khmer homeroom teachers; guide lesson planning, classroom management, and professional development.
-Coordinate with international staff, Academic Manager, and Front Office to maintain strong parent-student-teacher communication
-Monitor and report on attendance, behavior, and student wellbeing; compile monthly progress/improvement reports .
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Computer Science—or MBA (preferred)
- 5+ years in BD or sales for software services or IT outsourcing, with proven performance
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English (written and verbal) and Khmer proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
