About The Role
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and optimize company networks (LAN/WAN), servers, hardware, and software systems to ensure zero downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting and technical support for internal staff regarding hardware, operating systems, and network security.
- Cross-Border IT Alignment: Coordinate with Chinese-speaking IT headquarters, system vendors, or technical providers to implement system upgrades and resolve complex technical issues.
- Data Security & Backups: Oversee data backup operations, implement cybersecurity measures, and ensure compliance with company data policies.
Key Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Khmer (both spoken and written) to translate technical requirements and communicate effectively with global and local teams.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or network management (Senior level).
- Technical Skills: Strong hands
- on experience with network routing/switching, firewall configuration, server management (Windows/Linux), and IT infrastructure security. Knowledge of ERP systems used in supply chain/manufacturing is a big plus.
