About The Role
1. Scope of working
Senior IT Officer is responsible monitor or maintain on computer software and hardware, System Application, and IT assets.
2.Duties & responsibilities:
- Execute System Upgrades: Take ownership of upgrading servers, operating systems, and hardware to ensure the company’s technology remains modern and reliable.
- Manage Network Deployment: Handle the physical setup and configuration of secure networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) to ensure all project sites stay connected.
- Network Device Control: Take full responsibility for configuring routers, switches, and firewalls to keep the company's data safe from external threats.
- Resolve Complex Technical Issues: Act as the primary expert for troubleshooting difficult software and hardware problems that require advanced technical knowledge.
- Coordinate Asset Maintenance: Oversee the repair and replacement schedules for all IT equipment (printers, scanners, computers) to ensure zero downtime for staff.
- Monitor System Health: Proactively track system performance and implement fixes to ensure 100% uptime and reliability of all IT services.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Key Requirements
- 3. Qualification & Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional IT experience, showing a strong track record of handling technical projects independently.
