Position Objectives:

To manage enterprise IT systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives while driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of core systems (SAP, ERP, integrations) ensuring high availability and performance

• Deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations aligned with business needs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Drive data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across systems

• Reduce dependency on firefighting by implementing sustainable, scalable solutions

• Support digital initiatives (automation, AI, data analytics) to improve business outcomes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in IT systems, with strong exposure to ERP (both SAP& Microsoft Business Central preferred)

• Proven experience in managing enterprise applications and business processes

• Track record in project delivery and system implementation

• Exposure to data analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
