
Position Objectives:
To design, build, and manage the enterprise data platform, trans-forming raw ERP and business data into actionable insights through scalable data architecture, analytics, and automation, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture, including data lake (raw, curated, and consumption layers)
• Build and maintain ETL data pipelines integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft BC), external sources, and internal applications
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all data assets
• Drive data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across systems
• Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualization solutions
• Drive automation initiatives (reporting, workflows, data processing) to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to standardize data definitions and improve data accessibility
• Optimize data performance, storage, and scalability for growing data volumes.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI roles
• Hands-on experience building data lakes or data warehouse architectures (3-tier or similar)
• Strong experience with ERP data sources (SAP & Microsoft BC preferred)
• Proven experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, visualization design)
• Experience in ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development (Apache Airflow preferred)
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (Python, SQL, Power Automate, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or Huawei) is a plus.
