Position Objectives:

To lead the development and deployment of advanced data, AI, and innovation initiatives across enterprise and industrial environments, transforming data into intelligent systems including AI-driven automation, decision support, and smart operations by integrating data platforms, large language models, and hardware systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and expansion of enterprise data platforms be-yond traditional data lakes into AI-ready architectures

• Drive development and deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning models, AI agents, and intelligent automation

• Lead development of ETL data pipelines integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft BC), external sources, and internal applications

• Design and implement AI agents leveraging open LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Identify and execute innovation use cases in areas such as robotics, predictive maintenance, and process optimization

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to bridge data, software, and physical systems

• Establish frameworks for data governance and SOP for data model management

• Oversee data pipelines, model deployment, and real-time data processing for applications

• Manage external vendors, research partners, and emerging technology evaluations

• Lead delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs

• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualization solutions and AI automations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 7–10 years of experience in IT systems, with strong exposure to AI LLMs and ERP (both SAP & Microsoft Business Central preferred)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures

• Hands-on experience building data lakes or data warehouse architectures (3-tier or similar)

• Familiar with industrial systems such as PLC or IoT platforms

• Strong programming experience (Python, SQL, and relevant AI/ML frameworks)

• Proven experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, visualization design)

• Experience in ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development (Apache Airflow preferred)

• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or Huawei) is a plus

• Experience in leading teams across technical domains.
