The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, validating, and presenting cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers of DP CLOUD. The role combines deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure with the ability to translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures based on DP CLOUD services.

Position responsibilities

Cloud Architecture and Solution Design:

● Analyse enterprise customer requirements (technical, operational, and business).

● Design scalable and secure architectures using DP CLOUD services (VPS, VPC, S3 Storage, Managed Databases, Kubernetes, WAF, VPN, DPLC, etc.).

● Prepare technical solution architectures (Infrastructure topology, Network architecture, Security design, High availability and disaster recovery, Performance and scalability planning)

● Evaluate customer workloads and recommend optimal infrastructure configurations.

Customer Technical Engagement:

● Participate in technical pre-sales meetings with enterprise customers.

● Present solution architectures and explain technical advantages of DP CLOUD infrastructure.

● Prepare and deliver technical presentations and architecture diagrams.

● Answer technical questions during the evaluation and procurement phases.

● Participate in negotiations regarding technical aspects of projects and SLAs.

Cloud Migration Planning

● Assess existing infrastructure of customers hosted on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Digital Ocean and other

● Design and document migration strategies to DP CLOUD infrastructure. Plan migration steps.

Infrastructure Engineering:

● Design, implement, configure, and maintain DP CLOUD infrastructure systems.

● Manage and optimize virtualization environments (ZStack or other platforms).

● Implement and maintain high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.

● Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

● Monitor system performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure.

● Troubleshoot complex system issues.

Technology Development and Innovation

● Research and evaluate new infrastructure technologies and cloud solutions.

● Participate in planning new services and infrastructure improvements for DP CLOUD.

● Recommend improvements in automation, scalability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Leadership:

● Work closely with Business Development team, System Engineers, Network Engineers, other Data Center operations staff

● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
