
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The IT Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, and hardware. This role will lead a team of IT infrastructure specialists, ensuring the organization's IT systems are reliable, secure, and efficient. The supervisor will work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support the organization’s business goals through effective management of IT infrastructure.
I. IT Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems, servers, storage, and network hardware.
• Manage branches network ensures security and availability meet with business SLA
• Ensure scalability and alignment of network architecture, HCI infrastructure with current and future business needs.
• Manage deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware, network devices.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, security, and performance standards.
• Resolve issues related to IT systems such as DAS, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, and other related infrastructure.
II. Tenant Service Delivery:
• Serve as primary contact for Tenant, ISP-related matters, including provisioning, service agreements, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with ISPs to ensure timely delivery and service quality for tenant internet connections.
• Perform commercial analysis and validate revenue-sharing reports for accuracy.
• Provide technical support and oversee tenant service requests related to IT infrastructure and building facilities.
III. Team Leadership & Supervision.
• Lead and mentor Infrastructure team ensuring resource allocation and technical development.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
IV. Network & Systems Optimization:
• Ensure continuous operation of network and server systems with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related problems to minimize business impact.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements with minimal disruption.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
V. Security & Compliance:
• Collaborate with the IT security team to protect the infrastructure from internal and external threats.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and IT infrastructure regulations.
• Implement security best practices, including encryption, access control, network monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.

VI. Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the IT department's primary representative in communications with other departments.
• Manage internal approval processes for IT Infrastructure matters in coordination with the IT Manager.
• Provide regular monthly service performance reports and lead review meetings with key stakeholders.
VII. Vendor & Contract Management:
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and service quality.
• Assist in evaluating, selecting, and negotiating contracts with infrastructure vendors.
• Manage vendor contract renewals and ensure timely execution.
VIII. Project Management & Planning
• Lead infrastructure projects, including hardware deployments, upgrades, and network installations.
• Develop project plans, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to support business growth.
IX. Incident & Problem Management:
• Oversee resolution of IT incidents and problems, ensuring efficient handling within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Coordinate incident response and communication with stakeholders to minimize business disruption.
X. Continuous Improvement
• Continuously assess infrastructure, tenant service delivery, and ISP management processes for improvement.
• Stay updated with technological trends and recommend best practices for infrastructure management.
