RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather information from stakeholders (e.g., business users and executives) to understand their needs, expectations and pain points

• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in business processes or system enhancements, based on analyzed requirements and process evaluations

• Document and validate business requirements, process flows and proposed solutions

• Communicate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, to ensure alignment and understanding

• Design and configure process flows to meet the agreed requirements

• Draft and execute various testing scenarios to identify defects and ensure functionality

• Conduct user training

• Support User Acceptance Test

• Assist with execution of Go-live preparation activities

• Participate as key member of Post go-live support
