As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Specialist, you’ll become a trusted advisor to empower users to collaborate seamlessly, securely, and efficiently from anywhere using cloud-first technologies.

You’ll also play an active role in the Microsoft “Product Extension” committee, helping to identify features and services (such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) that enable customers to maximize their Microsoft 365 investment. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales team to support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.

This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path to becoming a Consultant, where you’ll work directly with local and international clients to optimize business processes and achieve their productivity goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot

• Explore and become proficient in features and services beyond the core Office suite, for example Power Platform

• Maintain complete documentation of application features and updates

• Create clear, easily understood user guides and training materials

• Assist in producing engaging marketing collateral to promote Microsoft 365 adoption

• Provide support and deliverables for Microsoft 365 applications to existing customers and prospects

• Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions to drive user adoption

• Occasional overseas travel when required
