Senior IT AI Analysis
About The Role
1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software, databases)
2. Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of AI/Machine Learning solutions
3. Analyze and interpret organizational data to provide dashboards and business insights
4. Design and build data dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
5. Work with department heads to resolve business problems through data analytics
6. Train and coach staff on AI and data tools
7. Ensure information security compliance with organizational standards
8. Manage all IT projects (planning, estimation, reporting to management)
9. Research and evaluate new technologies to drive operational efficiency
10. Liaise with IT vendors, suppliers, and technology partners
11. Provide daily IT support and resolve technical issues
12. Document IT procedures, data workflows, and system documentation

Key Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, AI Solutions, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives. 3. Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Analytics. 4. Hands
- on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms. 5. Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or similar tools. 6.
