IT Operations Support Intern (02 Positions)
About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the Bank's production systems and IT services during assigned shifts.
Observe system monitoring dashboards and identify abnormal alerts.
Verify the availability of LOLC mobile applications, servers, and network services.
Record incidents and operational events accurately.
Escalate production issues to the responsible IT engineer according to the escalation procedure.
Perform routine operational checks using standard monitoring checklists.
Prepare shift handover notes and daily monitoring reports.
Assist the IT Operations team with routine operational activities.
Follow operational procedures and maintain confidentiality of production information.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or under graduation in information technology or related fields. Basic knowledge of computers, Internet technology, and mobile application. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills. Responsible, willing to learn, and attentive to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Good communication skills: ability to effectively communicate among staff and supervisor. English: can speaking and writing. Ability to work under pressure. *Working Conditions Rotational day and night shift schedule. Weekend and public holiday duties. Training will be provided. No prior working experience is required. Preferred Qualifications (Advantage Only) Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure. Basic understanding of servers or networks. Familiarity with monitoring tools is an advantage.
