1. Private Cloud Solution Design (SA Responsibilities)

o Design overall private cloud technical solutions based on customer requirements

o Participate in customer requirement analysis, technical communication, solution

presentations, POC testing, and technical Q&A

o Produce solution-related documentation, including overall architecture design, technical

proposals, and implementation plans

2. Project Delivery and Implementation

o Responsible for the delivery and implementation of private cloud projects, including

deployment and configuration of servers, storage, networking, security, and virtualization

platforms

o Participate in installation, optimization, acceptance testing, and go-live activities of private

cloud platforms

o Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on

schedule and with high quality

3. Operations and Technical Support

o Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of private cloud platforms

o Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving platform-related issues

• Prepare and maintain operation manuals, technical documents, and related materials
